Tiffany Knight, Principal/Director - Disco freestyle, Street Dance, Rock N Roll & Zumba

 

Tiffany and Her Sister Tuesday Started Energy School of Dancing in 2008 with freestyle classes on just two days a week. The school has now grown to a large school with classes Monday to Wednesday and covers a number of different dance styles and Gymnastic Dance. Tiffany started dancing disco freestyle at age 7 and later trained in ballroom, latin, street dance, tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and rock n roll. She achieved international awards in Ballroom and Latin dance.

In 2006, gained a 95% Distinction in her Freestyle, Street Dance, and Rock ’n’ Roll teaching qualification with the IDTA. Not only this but she is also a member of the Association of Freestyle Dance Professionals (ADFP) and competed across southern England and also  qualified as a zumba instructor in 2011. Tiffany has taught and choreographed for Theatretrain, with performances at the London Palladium, Theatre Royal, The O2 Arena (2013), and Disneyland Paris (2014) and became Centre Director of Aylesbury Theatretrain and continues to play a leading role in dance education.

Completed Acrobatic Arts Level 1 Gymnastics training in 2018.

Tuesday founded Energy school of dancing along side her sister Tiffany in 2008
Tuesday started dancing at the age of 3 and since then has performed competed and gained awards in Latin, Ballroom, Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Rock N roll, Street, Disco Freestyle and more. She holds a national diploma in performing arts from Amersham & Wycombe College. Tuesday has achieved a teaching qualification with the IDTA and is a member of the Street Dance International Association. Tuesday auditioned and became a member for Future Shock and Culture Shock UK Hip Hop Troupe touring in the UK and America. She has p
erformed at prestigious venues including the O2 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena, and international showcases and Choreographed performances for Sadler's Wells, the London Palladium, the Theatre Royal, the O2 Arena, and World Showcase San Diego.

Joel started dancing at the age of 10 with street dance being his first passion. At 14 he started to gain a range of performance opportunities through his first Sunday school, Pineapple Performing Arts, and then went on to join dance group Cerebro. It was after this experience that Joel decided he wanted to pursue a career in dance and went on to train at Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts. During his first year he received a full training scholarship from P&O cruises. Credits whilst training - Brit awards 2016, Britain’s Got Talent, The Collection Amazon, House Full 3, Peter Pan- First Family Entertainment, Aladdin – First Family Entertainment, SHOOT DANCE @tkjoel. Joel is currently a member of West End musical Thriller live. Joel has achieved many things in the dance world such as working at magic mike for 5 years and being in the movie aswell as this year (2026) being in Take That Circus Tour.

Katherine Tyler- Ballet / Tap

Katherine trained at her local dancing school in Oxfordshire before going on to train professionally at the Urdang Academy of Performing Arts. After graduating and various professional jobs she went to America to teach dance on a summer camp which is where she attributes her love of teaching today. Upon returning to the UK she obtained her I.S.T.D teaching certificates and now has 20 years experience teaching Ballet to all ages at various dancing schools and colleges across London and Hertfordshire.

Naomi Peaston - Commercial, Contemporary, Technique, Street Tap

 

Naomi trained at Bird College in Musical Theatre, graduating with a Distinction in her Diploma, and winning the Dooren Bird Foundation Award.

Her performing credits include: The Gatsby Girls (Uk and Norway), '80's Mania' Uk tour, Lapland Uk, Sani and Ikos resorts, Headlinrs Theatre Company, Gravity Live, 'Peter Pan' (Evolution Productions), 'Princess' (Lost Theatre), 'Cinderella' (Fairfield Halls, Croydon), Exzeb Dance Company, and 'Baby' (Sadler's Wells). She frequently works as Dance Captain or Swing, performing multiple roles in a production.
